All volunteers must pay a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit equal to the price of a GA ticket.
The price of the deposit will go up as our GA tickets go up. Spots are limited.
After you complete your shifts, your deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks.
WHAT YOU GET:
- All volunteers get one GA wristband for the entire festival.
- Camping is included in all GA passes so you will not need to purchase any additional tickets.
- You'll receive a free car-camping pass for 1 vehicle.
- You must purchase additional passes at full price if you are bringing additional vehicles or need an RV pass.
EXPECTATIONS:
- You'll be assigned two 8 hour volunteer shifts in exchange for the ticket.
- You're expected to show up to both of your shifts on-time, sober and ready to work.
- You're expected to adhere to all the rules of the festival and conduct yourself in a positive, professional manner when working.
If you cancel after August 28, this pass is NON-refundable.
Volunteering is a great way to meet people and have fun while being involved in the festival operations. Every year, we give lead positions at the festival to our top volunteers. So, if you are looking to get more involved with Same Same But Different, this is a great starting point.
We will typically assign you your shifts and positions about 2-3 weeks before the festival.
During the festival, you will work your assigned shifts, meet tons of awesome people, and when your shift is over, you can enjoy the show!
We will refund your deposit after the festival, and everyone will be happy! **We want to pay you back :)
