FAQ

WHEN DO THE BOX OFFICE AND GATES OPEN FOR ARRIVAL?

Gates will open Thursday at 3pm for arrival. Thursday is a camping set up day and we won't have music scheduled for Thursday.

Box Office times will be:

Thursday: TDB

Friday: TBD

Saturday: TBD

Sunday: TBD

You will not be able to receive your passes outside of these times.

HOW DOES CAMPING WORK?

Your GA or VIP wristband includes tent camping at the festival.  You can set up camp in any of our campgrounds. All the campgrounds are free-form. There is plenty of space at the property for everybody to set up and camp comfortably, however we ask that footprints are kept reasonable (50 sq ft per person rule) and will enforce this if camp sites are too large.

You can arrive Thursday 9/10 when gates open to set up your camps, you must exit the park by Monday 9/12 at 3pm.

If you are interested in our Shift-Pod Glamping Options please visit our ticketing page to learn more and reserve your spot.

MY FRIENDS GOT A CAR-CAMPING PASS, CAN I CAMP WITH THEM?

If your friends got a Car-Camping Pass or Electric RV Pass you can still camp with them at their site. You may have a longer walk with your gear depending on where you park.  All parking pass holders will be directed to the lots they purchased parking for.

MY GROUP HAS MULTIPLE CAR-CAMPING PASSES, CAN WE PARK NEXT TO EACHOTHER?

If you want to park next to your friends in our car-camping loops you will have to arrive together. The spots will fill up on a first-come, first-served basis.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CAR-CAMPING AND UP-FRONT GOLD PARKING?

Up-Front Gold Parking passes are different from Car-Camping Passes.

Up-Front Gold allows a vehicle to park in the parking lots closest to our festival grounds. They are adjacent to our Up-Front Gold Campgrounds. No vehicles are allowed to drive onto the dirt / grass in our Up-Front Gold Campgrounds, therefore all vehicles will be parked in the parking lot. The lots are dispersed throughout the campgrounds so the walk from a vehicle is typically about 50-100 feet.

Car-Camping is new this year and allows you to drive you vehicle into our Car-Camping Campgrounds. You will be parked in the area you're camping at and can set up your tent next to your vehicle. Additionally, Car-Camping Campgrounds all have restrooms and showers maintained by the state park.

CAN WE SET UP FIRES IN THE FIRE PITS?

The car-camping loops all have fire pits in them that are part of the state-park. If you have a Car-Camping Pass, Electric Car-Camping or Electric RV Camping Passes you will be allowed to set up enclosed fires in the pits. The flames must stay below the top of the pit (no large fires). You can bring in your own wood or wood will be availablee for purchase.

AM I ABLE TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND COME BACK IN?

Yes leave your camping pass on your car and your wristbands on, you will be able to come and go from the park as you need.

WILL THERE BE BAG SEARCHES GOING INTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS FROM CAMPING

Bags entering the festival area from camping will be searched. You will not be allowed to bring in outside alcohol to the festival grounds, drugs or weapons of any kind.

WHAT ABOUT KIDS, IS THIS ALL AGES?

Yes, this is an all-ages festival.  Kids under 6 do not require a ticket.  Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

WHAT ARE MY PARKING OPTIONS AT THE FESTIVAL?

Parking at Lake Perris is limited. We have different parking options and highly recommend looking at the parking map on our ticketing purchase page:

Campsite + Car-Camping Parking Pass / Electric Campsite + Car-Camping Parking Pass /  RV Parking with Hookups and Campsite :  Can park in their campsites

Gold Upfront Parking: This parking lot is located next to the open tent camping area for the festival. It's a parking lot so depending on where you park you can camp directly next to your vehicle or only a very short walk away.

Silver Parking: is the next closest parking to the festival area.  This parking does not allow you to camp right next to your car, however it does allow you to drop off your gear when you arrive in our Gear Drop of Zone. There is still a walk to get to your vehicle from camping if you park in silver. Expect to walk about a half-mile if you need to go back to your vehicle, there will be a shuttle to assist.

Bronze Parking: is the farther away than silver parking but still walkable. This parking does not allow you to camp right next to your car, however it does allow you to drop off your gear when you arrive in our Gear Drop of Zone. Shuttles will be available to help with the walk but depending on when you need to access your vehicle, you may have to walk up to 1.5 miles.
